If items are ordered before 12.00 Midday Mon - Fri, we will try to get the string to you the following day, we can not be resposible for any postal strikes or delays due to service chosen. Customers can also call to us to collect strings, with prior arrangement.
We aim to dispatch your order asap, most orders dispatch the same day, however thisis not always possible.
Delivery in most cases is max 2 days.
We can not be responsible for lost An Post packages if standard shipping is chosen. If you choose track and trace we will send you the tracking number.
In the case of harp purchase, this can vary depending if we have the model and finish you want in stock. Sometimes a special finish on a model may take 1- 2 months.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of harp strings are only permitted if the string has not been opened or uncoiled.
Upon checkout you will be given a choice of Standard shipping or Registered Shipping, if you choose standard shipping harpessentials will not be responsible for any orders going missing due to An Post. 99.9% of orders arrive safely, however one order went missing last year, so we urge you to think about which service you choose.
We will not be held responsible for any missing packages.
